Paid features within our apps are offered through subscription plans billed via Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's billing terms in addition to ours. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play under your account subscriptions. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of accidental purchases reported within 48 hours through Google Play.
All content, code, designs, logos, and materials produced by AdvanTec are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our work without our prior written permission. Any content you create within our apps, such as tasks or personal notes, remains yours. By enabling cloud sync, you grant AdvanTec a limited licence to store and transmit that content solely to deliver the service to you.

We ask that you also treat any non-public information you receive from us as confidential.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
